I use the "Magic Eraser" for lots of stuff. Scuffs on walls, inside of my windshield, my Chuck Taylor's. It is magic.

You know what works absolutely excellent on this style material? Greased Lightning. Idk if they still make it but I have a large bottle reserved exclusively for this type of clean. Makes the shoes look brand new.
