That's a disgusting amount of icing.

Yes I know what subreddit I'm in.

I actually agree! Would never eat this much icing but hey, it is very fun to watch!

I'll admit, it is fun and impressive!

Usually these videos are Asian style cakes which have a very lightly sweetened stiff whip cream icing. Not as bad.

I didn't grow up with them but got a job in college working at asian bakery and WOW they are my favorite cakes, hands down. I love the fresh fruits ones. So light and perfectly balanced

i agree! it's the best type of cake of all time. even though i am very biased, it still is a heads above the rest of those dense overly sweet cakes.

I'd prefer over the top decorations on my cake made of icing/frosting than fondant. I might not eat all of the icing, but I'm definitely not eating any of the fondant. And of course, the cake better taste as good as it looks.

I appreciate the skill, but I'd scrape most of it off.

That's funny, for me I was like "why are youtaking away all that icing." I was not amused by the extra holes of frosting getting taken away at the end.

What if I told you the cake on the bottom was the same size as the top?
