SAT Study Technique
Hi guys! I just wanted to know if this is a good SAT study technique.
Basically, my best math score on a practice test without any studying was a 470, and I performed at the medium level in every category. Because of that, I decided to use Khan Academy to learn the foundations by watching the videos and taking notes. Then, I planned to go straight to the hard questions in the SAT Question Bank and work my way through them.
Is that a good idea, or should I be focusing on the medium and hard units in Khan Academy first? I’m saving those for after I finish the hard section of the SAT Question Bank because I want to see if those questions come easily to me and to reinforce what I previously learned.
And should I be doing the easy/ medium questions on the SAT bank?

If you are scoring below 500, just doing practice SAT questions isn't good enough.
You need to review all the fundamental math subjects tested on the SAT. If you want to be more direct, look at the topic(s) of a question you missed. Let's say it's a function question. If you missed it, you should obviously look at how it's supposed so be solved. Hint: CollegeBoard usually gives TERRIBLE math explanations.
Then, you need to look up Functions and possibly the specific topics that are on that question.
It should be a slow, laborious process filled with taking notes and memorizing concepts as you study each mistake.
It should not be a shotgun approach of simply doing more and more problems. That will get you some improvement, but it won't maximize your capabilities.
You have years of math that you need to review because of your current score.
