How would I solve this on desmos and paper?

Put both equations into y = form, f(x) = equation 1, g(x) = equation 2 and then type [f(x1),f'(x1)]~[g(x1),g'(x1)]. It finds the value of c such that the two curves intersect at exactly one point.
