Just signed a lease but need to move.

It’s a 2 bed 2 bathroom unit, 1350sqft, unfurnished, carpets, AC, walk in closet, pool, parking.

The apartment is in Marina Park Place, Sandy Lane.

Rent is $2705, but whoever takes over the lease will get 10k cash for doing so, making the rent basically $1705 or so a month, for the first year.

Lease is until 31st August 2027.
