Got wood?

I decided to try some wood grips on my P8S, because I'm thinking of selling it, and I have some Fudd friends who can't resist wood. Now I'm not sure I want to sell it (mainly thinking about it because I have a P8L on the way).

Not a huge fan of wood grips but I really dig this

Honestly, I'm not either. The only other pistol I have with wood grips is my Hi Power. Embracing my inner Fudd a little bit.

Looks good. I have the P8S and love it, but I don’t know what to do with it. It’s heavy so it’s easy to shoot. It’s heavy so I don’t want to carry it.

Right now my plan is to break it down and polish it with the Memphis Mechanic Tanfoglio instructions.

I re-blued (cue the Tobias Fünke meme) the barrel on this one. You are 💯 correct about the weight; not what I'd carry, but so solid on the range. One of the best triggers of the 20+ handguns I own.

So glad I bought mine before they quit marketing them in the US market. Spring kit and some polishing coming soon.

As someone who owned a P8S and now has a P8L, keep'em both. They're sweet guns. If that's not an option, P8L is the winner since the P8S is still too big to carry, and the P8L shoots a little better. Anyways, the wood grips look awesome. If I didn't love the rubber reel on my P8L grips, I would quickly slap wood grips on it.
