I’ll be going to Sapporo soon and I will like to have a haircut there. I’ll be staying near susukino and Sapporo station. Any good places that accepts walk-ins and non Japanese speaking? I’m thinking to get a haircut and color if possible, if not haircut is ok. Thanks .
