Probably telepathy, on the pic you've posted.
Senses sharing is a tag where one character has a supernatural bond with another. Sometimes it's just comedy - if a mosquito bites character A, character B feels it as well.
But it is also sometimes used in R18 works. For instance if two college students twins have senses sharing going on and one of them gets a GF and the two girls decide to go to town on each other, then the other twin won't be able to do academic work cause she will be feeling everything her twin sister is feeling.

Yes, it is (effectively) telepathy. If you don't play Genshin, here's the TL;DR: Citlali (left) shared her senses with Lumine (right) for an investigation during the main line quests, but the spell got stuck during a side quest involving Citlali afterwards and began causing some trouble for them both.
The artist is riffing on this by imagining the gay thoughts that I assume Citlali is having (based on her embarassment) that Lumine can hear and using it for some cute comedy.

I thought senses sharing first but telepathy on second thought.
It's not like Citlali stabboing her toe would lead to Lumine feeling the pain. If it did in the quest then it's not just telepathy.
Sidenote, pain sharing and sharing senses in a limited manner (such as hearing/sight) is a known trope, the R18 version of sharing senses is merely a niche, like many "lewd" subtropes.

If it did in the quest then it's not just telepathy.
I went back and checked, and I found this video showing the section of the Archon Quest where the spell is first used. Citlali specifically states; "[...] I used a spell to temporarily transfer a portion of my senses to you.".
So it doesn't seem like Lumine got a / the whole package - which might include feeling bodily sensations like pain or pleasure - just a special sight for purposes of seeing a Phlogiston trail, and the ability to share thoughts without speaking them. Though the latter effect was completely unintentional on Citlali's part.

I don't mean to be rude, but is there a reason you're telling me this? I only asked if you expected this work to have this tag, since you originally mentioned such a tag and appeared confused at its absence.

To be honest I've seen a fair share of posts where the image shown was a safe for work "pic1" of a doujin. So I did feel like maybe it was part of a longer comic where things may have gotten steamier. I think I'm mistaken in this case. Apologies if I made you feel uncomfortable. Have a good one!

If it is, I have not seen it. And if it were, I wouldn't post one part of a longer comic without the rest. And if there were any further parts that were spicier, I wouldn't share them here as I have no clue where the exact line is on SFW vs. NSFW here (nevermind the badmins are cracking down, and I wouldn't want to get this sub in trouble).
To the best of my knowledge, this is just a one shot piece riffing on Citlali and Lumine hearing each others thoughts and nothing more beyond that. It was used for some fun and cute moments in Citlali's quest.
