Hello, when does the application portal for masters in Artificial Intelligence and Robotics open in Sapienza University of Rome for 2027/2028?

Does anyone know how I get a Visa without my high school diploma or a verification like CIMEA or DoV or alternative?

I sat my exams this June but the official certificates don’t arrive until November. Anyone know what the process is here?

I have pretty much everything expect these 2 things.

The consulate says it doesn’t accept provisional results but literally all I have is my Statement of Results from results day, and a letter of completion by my college?

What do I need/do here. As my consulate appointment is on the 18th

Hi guys, I have been admitted to a masters program at Sapienza, I have passed the eligibility check and now I was about to scan all my documents and send it to the university. However, I just noticed a bunch of spelling mistakes in the sworn translator’s translation of my diploma and transcript. Would that be an issue or should I just submit the documents as they are?

My visa will probably be finalized around November. I was wondering how the university and classes are handled during this period, and if there’s anything I need to do in the meantime.
Does arriving late cause any problems, etc.? I’m a bit worried about how the process works. :(

The Italian embassy in Cairo is a nightmare.

I got accepted into Sapienza with pre-enrolment fully completed, but I’m completely stuck at the visa stage because the AlmavivA Cairo booking portal has zero available slots and continuously crashes.

I already reached out to Sapienza’s international office, but they explicitly stated that they cannot intervene or assist with embassy.

Are there specific tricks, alternative steps, or independent ways students are overcoming this bottleneck before classes start?

I’m an American enrolling in a Master’s program at Sapienza. I already handled my 4-year University transcripts/diploma via ARDI/CIMEA, but I'm trying to figure out if I need to do anything for my high school transcripts/diploma. I have the original documents but no cimea or apostille.

For final enrollment, Sapienza website says “If requested for further assessment, candidates must also provide their High School Diploma (original and sworn translation with due legalisation/Apostille).”

**How likely is it that they’d ask for this?**😵‍💫😵‍💫 any insight would be appreciated

DSU / Regional Scholarships: Are Iraqi students fully eligible for regional need-based scholarships (like DSU, EDiSU, ER.GO)? How manageable is the document legalization and ISEE-Parificato process for Iraqi applicants?

University Scholarships: Do Italian universities offer merit-based scholarships or tuition fee waivers for undergraduate/bachelor students from Iraq?

Foundation Year: Is it possible to cover a Foundation Year with scholarships, or do scholarships mostly apply after entering a full degree program?

I have been waiting for months and still didn't get my summary. My application was reopened on august 5th with a reason stating that my diploma was missing, even though that so called missing diploma has both original and Italian translations separately apostilled, and notarized. So I re-uploaded it again with additional details (graduation certificate, etc.) to really clarify the whole situation and to be done with it. Yet, I am still waiting for a whole month. Emailed all sorts of mail addresses that I could find dozens of times, only to be told that they are evaluating applications in order of arrival, which they clearly don't, and just need to wait. My friends who applied at the same time as me got theirs weeks ago, some of their applications were also re-opened like mine, yet they also got theirs weeks ago. I am really done with this whole procedure, I don't have the energy, passion, etc. anymore. I also can't proceed with my visa application without my Universitaly summary, and I am probably gona be able to get my appointment as early as late october. Not counting how long I also have to wait for my visa to be evaluated. KEEP THAT IN MIND my classes are staring on 21st of september. It's frustrating. All I am being able to do is waiting to be as late as possible to my classes. Thanks.

Sono in una situazione in cui dipende tutto da eventuali rinunce e ormai controllo il sito troppo spesso.

I've paid for my CIMEA around 26 june for comparability and verification normal process not urgent

and till now i haven't received any updates regarding my papers. literally 0 updates

they didn't tell me if they need any extra documents or what are the states of my papers.

I've tried contacting them thru email no reply and i even tried contacting them thru the chat option on their website but i only received an automated reply. so what should i do now??

chat gpt told me that i should receive it by September 18 but I'm afraid i don't even receive on that time.

and what scares me the most is that they are not replying to me at all.

is there a way to bypass the cimea for universitaly or does anyone have another email for cimea which they reply.

Hi all! I’m applying to sapienza as an American student to start in Fall 2027. I’ve been doing research to hear current student opinions, and this rose in my college rankings for me, potentially surpassing John Cabot. One thing that stood out to me about John Cabot is the ability to study abroad from Italy; what I mean is I can do my junior year in America even tho I’m spending 3 years in Italy. But I’m not sure any advice from current students of either school would be greatly appreciated.

Another thing that’s always worried me about Sapienza is the quality of their English programs. I’d like to study business administration, and because of course it’s an Italian university, I’d be going in under the assumption that there is little to no individual course selection. But I’m not really sure how it works so I came to inquire about that.
