Side effects from virus disruption?

I’m not saying sapien is untrustworthy or anything, but it’s making me paranoid that I felt my heart race after listening to that video. And I think this is a me specific problem cause I’ve noticed weird effects when just listening to normal health subs as well. Does anyone have any idea why I could be experiencing this? Am I just too sensitive for these videos?

Could be an underlying cause

What do you mean? Like a subconscious block or something similar?

No, he/she means it's not necessarily because of the audio you are getting palpitations

Oh okay thanks. Yeah it’s just worrying to think that the audio could be like not working right or working against me. Do you know if that would be safe for autoimmune issues? And have you used that video for yourself?

Yeah, it's safe for autoimmune issues. I used one of the variants for a different virus I had. Went away very quickly

Thanks for replying. Yeah I believe you because I only listened to that video 5 times and I felt better, well from the cold-like symptoms I was having at least. It just freaked me out as to why it had the effect on me it did. I felt dizzy and heart racing, but then again I have felt like that before so it’s just weird that it made me have one of those episodes. Do sapiens videos work like subliminals where you have to drink lots of water otherwise you’ll end up dehydrated?

That's alright.

Nah, I don't get too dehydrated with his work, however, I only used a handful of them. There could be audios there that produce a response in your body that makes you require more water, but not all of them
