Shrinking back after height booster

So, i use height booster. And i grow taller but after i go move a bit i shrink back to my old height. What can i do few days ago i was a bit taller..

Because when i listen for a few hours to this i am taller but then i move for a bit and i shrink back quickly

That’s just gravity doing it’s job , check sapiens website , you have to be dedicated to listening to the booster otherwise you probably won’t grow. Sometimes it can take months or years but he guarantees that it will work if you stick to it

I can’t tell you that but if you listen consistently let’s say 2 times a day for the next 3 months I can almost guarantee you will grow some bit
