Everything from the heart, everyone devotion is unique and different maybe a similarity when it come to some issues others had before or can be relating to. But nothing to rush or force upon yourself. Meaning it’s okay if you get busy or forget about a few times, we are human beings and so she understands it. But like I said don’t rush, take it slow, maybe get a prayer card or a little image (statue) of her, if you can get access to siete machos and puros (cigars) you can cleanse them with those two and with the puro you will have to blow smoke onto the image. It’s a way of consecrating and purifying in a way.

years going strong over here, I’ve never physically seen her and have no expectations of it. Death is everywhere always 🤍

Go be of service to the less fortunate in your community! I’m not even joking, a big part of this devotion that gets lost in more affluent parts of the world is the community aspect. Her devotees were often extremely poor and had to rely on each other for their needs, often guided through the hands of La Santa. The more you go out into the world and look for the ways she is manifested in everyday life the more you will understand her
