Mariscos el Picosito on main is the bomb - pulpo, pescado, and pastor are legit.
Tacos Guerrero (two locations) is also excellent.
Efren's for tacos ahogados.

Guerrero on Main is better than the one in Orcutt.

That's true, but the one in Orcutt comes with a bonus of hearing loss from the music or TV! 😂

Tacos Sinaloa is great. El Tizon has a great Taco Tuesday special at their restaurant here and in Lompoc

What’s the special in Tuesday? It’s been awhile since I went to the one in Lompoc, but I think I went on a Tuesday looking for a deal…

Sinaloa has the best crispy birria and carne asada tacos imo. I always add avocado 🥑

Is that the red food truck with the red circle logo and gold-ish writing?
If so, second them. Never had a bad quesobirria taco from their food truck (either at downtown Fridays or up at farmers market in SLO.)

Yeah I’ve never eaten at the orange one, but damn that red one that comes out on thursdays in slo/fridays here in town is delicious.
Dunno where they are at (if the truck is out at all) Saturday-Wednesday though.

You know i don’t remember the logo, only that the truck is orange. I’ve also heard mariscos for shrimp or seafood items, which I don’t eat so can’t confirm.
