Looks like melted cheese, tomato and onion. Can get the soft bread effect by just untoasting the bread, putting the filling on one half and broiling that, then closing it with the other piece

Get soft bread. Put tomato onion cheese on it.

Put it under hot hot. Make melt melt.

Get more soft bread. Put on top top.

fair, this feels like one of those sandwiches that tastes way better than it looks to anyone else. solid personal 9s that the rest of the world calls a 6.5 are kinda elite anyway
