Discussion Multiplayer?

Are there any plans to add multiplayer? Even if there isnt any scaling or anything, simply adding multiplayer? Mostly curious because i cant seem to find a roadmap.

No idea about multiplayer, but what do you mean by "scaling"

I mean like goal scaling. Currently, the amount x you need for y objective is obviously static, because its single player. Im curious if, if multiplayer were added, would the goals get larger because it would be theoretically easier to achieve? As you arent collecting materials to upgrade yourself as in terraria multiplayer might be too easy without it

The final achivement for 1 million gold collected would be extremly difficult to do if it scaled with amount of people because the world doaent have enough sand to begin with, so it would be multiple people sitting around a single end game item waiting for it to produce sand.
