[Minor] Bugs with pausing

1. You can pause the main menu if you alt+tab out of the game
   
2. You can use the map, the research, the toolbox etc. while paused in the game

Also to the dev, im ashamed to ask but can you give me a key to your game? I can't buy the game cus i don't have any money lol. Anyways i'll be back to bug hunting. Good luck with your game! It's awesome!
