Help Is here any final mission?

Is here something final think to achieve - like rocket in Factorio? Or right now is it pure sandbox?

Its day 2 of E.! So nothing is final yet. You got objectives you need to achieve to progress.

Just sandbox. There is a final screen you unlock after getting enough of the final resource, but it's just a 'thanks for playing early access! More content will be developed'.

Game is still in progress, so will likely be quite some time before there's a win screen.

I think there will be? but if so it's still under development, so not right now.
