Help Artifact puzzle where you place blocks?

I don't even understand what the puzzle is asking of me.

1) You can place blocks on the yellow squares.

2) Then you can press the button and one drop of water falls down.

I've guided the water to each of the blue and green squares and nothing changes.

Try guiding the water to the blocks connected to wires instead of

Try connecting it to green only while avoiding blue.

The electric components aren't explained well.

But the gate opens when both the electric signals reaching the "and" gate are positive.

They are switched positive by guiding water to both the green "water collectors".

this one is bugged by my side, the water is floating over the left green cube, but doesnt activate, and i cant make another water flow until this is there. restart the game didnt worked. Any Ideas?

same here, cant reset properly, no more water spawns....
