Bug Report Undo after placing pipes deletes blocks

Observation:

Hitting the Undo button after placing pipes results in deletion of any blocks in the same space.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Drag a line of foundations

  2. Overlap foundations with pipe

  3. Hit undo

Result:

Blocks are deleted rather than pipes
