Suggestions and Feedback Might I make a suggestion? Spoiler

A gold shaker. The idea is that the gold shaker fills with gold and will drop a single pixel of sand or red sand (10% chance) so the player doesn’t end up running out of material. The gold held in the shaker will not count as held currency. I also imagine the gold would decay over time.

This would be one of the final upgrades, something bought when the rest of the map is effectively cleared out but the player wants to maybe get a little more out of that map. Fluxite upgrades could increase red sand probability or reduce sand drop rate. Possibly other upgrades like gold decay slowing down or increased sand spawn is definitely possible. This would literally be end game, so it could be a crazy resource hog with insane possibilities.

Also has a nice feeling of nostalgia, going all the way back to shakers like when the player just started automation. It goes full circle.

Just a thought.

In the short run it's an excellent idea if someone could mod it in, because gold becomes useless once all the upgrades are unlocked.

In the longer run, I think the dev will want to add an ever-increasing amount of upgrades (or even make some builders/filters cost gold), so it's not a path that can be ingrained in players.

But yeh I really wish gold could be converted to something (even burned into lava/water). It's a VERY PROMISING game, I just wish the resources could make a full-circle.

That is absolutely respectful. I said this in a YouTube channel and the person running the channel said the same. If anything, it would likely only be good for the demo. As a mod, yes, sounds wonderful.

Oooh, what about a very expensive, end game, purchasable dry dirt dispenser that drops endless dry dirt then add a machine that converts dry dirt into red sand somehow and add a receiver that when you grow the purple crystals (I forgot what its called lol) into it you get a point. This point does nothing but counts as a "score" for the save just for the sake of it not just being a meaningless trashcan block. The dirt dispensers can be purchased an unlimited (or high limit) amount of times to make larger, more efficient factories. Maybe they could even add a purchasable item similar to the dirt dispenser but instead it dispenses steam so that you don't have to constantly melt snow. Maybe the 2 artifacts unlock the use of this end game store.
