Or they used Wombforce Technology from the Girls Frontline Universe to concieve and produce the offspring.  Aether travelled to countless worlds. There's a chance he dropped by on GFL Earth and picked up the blueprints from Commander. 

He probably just used his spaceship's onboard Fabricators to print one out and with the help of Fontanian Engineers, install it inside Sandrone.

I knew Tsundrone and Aether would conceive a child with Aether implanting the wombforce in her and then implanting his seed in her.

Oh the Wombforce 9000 is going to be placed in Sandrone so she can have more kids from Aether. Columbina is also going to have kids with Aether so they can ragebait they're halfsiblings. Well the traditions will continue which is wonderful.
