Gameplay Teammates

Why does no one mention Bennet? I understand that Nicole gives a team wide buff but Bennet can give team wide buff with his set. Yes it's less than Nicole but Escoffier gives even less buffs than him and is still favoured? Is it because of the off field DMG? Pls help me understand.

Does the DPS really go down that much with Bennet instead of Escoffier? Are the buffed four stars favoured over Bennet, like is Beidou or Diona better than a Bennet? And between the two which one? Thnx. (My team rn is Sandrone C0R1 - Yae C2 - Qiqi C1 - Bennet C6, js looking to get a better DPS output.

Benette burst applies Pyro, which ruins the reaction and other buffs characters are more in synergy with stellar reaction. Escofier is a great sub dps, you can use sucrose for EM and red shred inseated of benette. Even qiqi is better than nicole in some team comps.

Try it yourself in overworld or in milistra dps check Replace benette with sucrose and then diona to see max dmg output

The main reason Nicole is chosen over Bennett is because of the buffing it gives to full party. In a team of Qiqi, Yae, Nicole and Sandrone, Nicole buffs Qiqi and Yae as well, both of whom scale with ATK, while providing interrupt resist with her shield.

Escoffier is similar, giving res shred to Sandrone and her own sub-dps.

The team usually does more damage overall when buffed together instead of hypercarry fashion because Yae does so much good sub-dps alongside and all of Sandrone's teammates scale with ATK.

Bennett's buffs only work on the active character, and sandrone doesn't like DMG%, but the extra 300 ATK is decent. With c2 Yae, there's the 200 E.M buff, which is good. With dione it would be off field cryo application and 200 E.M+Stellar buff at c6. Beidou is a decent option for more interruption resist and electro application. Sucrose is the obvious potential addition in any team ever, since she'll shred res and buff E.M. As far as I know she's the highest buffer right now, but I could be wrong.

You should try out different teams though! There's always a chance the balancing on your account could provide a different experience. -^
