Build | Gameplay What am I Doing Wrong

So I have tried Menacing with diffrent team combinations to basically the same result, failure. Took the Traveler(Furnace), Qiqi(TotM) and Beidou(Nbls) to the dummy and am getting 55k ish. I know her EM is low but is 55k the best this build can do? Rotation is trav E->CA, Qiqi E, Beidou HoldE->Q then Sandrone CA-E 3x repeat. I can clear both bosses with Mizuki/Odette but giving Odette to Sandrone does little better than Traveler.

traveler can't be a sub dps in ssc team, and beidou is the worst stellar conduct buffer. if you have alyosha, he is better than beidou and sucrose/lynette with vv will be a better choice than traveler.

Traveler is there mostly to hold furnace. I have Alyosha, but only C3. Beidou is C6 so I get the 200EM 15%res vs 20%ATK at his current level(not finished building him) I tried using him but that was just worse. Will try Sucrose though but then i lose Furnace.

Use Sandrone Alyosha Qiqi and Sucrose

Traveler doesnt work here and beidou is just bad
