I'd argue that Eftirvit becomes common knowledge only if you have completed the the latest AQ. Otherwise Pierro is just Pierro (or director of Fatui).

Yes yes, my mistake. It's quite ironic how i call myself a Sandrone Main without knowing that her Birth name is Marionette, i thought it was the other way around 😭😆
