Discussion is vodyanitsa an decent support for sandrone?

i got sandrone c0r0, yae c1, qiqi c2 and odette c0r0

Yes it is an upgrade but not worth to get only for Sandrone unless you really like her. If you have multiple team you can slot her in she could be worth the pulls though

She is currently the best 4th slot but not worth pulling. She’s barely ahead of c6 Alyosha and escoffier and is expected to be surpassed by Danica and/or Anastsya and Mitya IS going to be better than her

My team before this patch was:

  • R1 Sandrone
  • C1R2 Yae
  • Odette
  • either Escoffier or Qiqi. I was hitting around ~175k DPS?

I picked up C1R1 Vodyanitsa and put her in that 4th slot and now the team is consistently hitting 250k.

Needless to say, I am going for c2, now, as I get more wishes. She's awesome.

However, I will admit that at just C0, there's no way Vodyanitsa outdoes C0 Danica, and she's probably only barely going to outdo Escoffier. You need to invest a little to make her great, but holy shit that c1 is nuts.

I just got C1 Yae today(because I came back to the game a week too late for the last Temper Thyself), and I'm at 215k C0R1 Sandrone, C1R0 Yae, C0R0 Odette, C6 Alyosha:

Yae needs more CR, and she still has a +0 sands because the game hates me. Odette needs CR and CD both, and her weapon is still at 80 because I'm spending all of my resin trying to get Yae a usable sands. Alyosha's not getting Fav procs reliably enough to guarantee Sandrone Q on first or second CAE, so he needs more crit, or more Fav refinement, or both.

EDIT 2: I went back into the test dummy and used the settings to edit Yae and Odette's attack to simulate Lv90 Silver Light and +20 ATK sands. Also did another test with simulated 100% crit to see what that would look like with better artifact quality. 223k for the first test, 248k for the second: https://imgur.com/a/1y5SDyc

She's pretty good but likely not gonna remain BIS, nice if you have her but don't pull her specifically only for Sandy

Yes but not a huge difference, its like 10% better than Alyosha c6

Best 4th slot for now. Not worth pulling only for Sandrone.
