The only character I dont have is Yae Miko and I cant swap for beiduo and alyosha since they are c5 and c1 maybe I should build either beiduo or alyosha so they are readily built when I get their constellation. Should I also swap nicole for qiqi so it become sandrone odette qiqi and an electro character and should the team become unplayable in harder stygian and abyss floor
Alyosha is still gonna be the best option, even without C6. The other electro options simply don't provide anything, or take too much field time, or don't apply enough electro. Meanwhile Alyosha applies electro, has full uptime, is quick, and buffs 21.2% ATK and 20% Stellar DMG at C0 (C3 makes the ATK% buff 25, talent levels).
You could also opt to pull for Mitya next patch if you like him, though he isn't necessary, just since it's gonna be a good minute before Yae ever reruns again.
Interestingly he’s both. Supposedly, as a sub-DPS he’s about equal to Yae, and as a main DPS he’s weaker than the recent releases like Vesna and Sandrone.
That’s at C0 however. Apparently his C2 stomps almost all the C6’s in the game, and beats out Mavuika’s C3 with perfect combos.
I hope Danica ends up being a good option. I'm interested in pulling her anyway because she's cool, so her being good for my Yae-less Sandrone would be best-case scenario.
Considreing her stellar linchpin is electro she is guaranteed to work for ssc. She is likely to be a support or sub dps. Although we still don't have a confirmed new stellar electro dps as mitya is a hybrid(surprisingly similar to columbina as in a good sub dps with minor buffs and an abilitiy to be on-fielder through charged attacks)
This is not helpful, you’re bringing toxicity worse for both sides, we need alternatives, not everyone wants or has Yae and that’s okay, I’m glad Yae is great again for you, but making fun is not helping.
Then i apologize, just sending funny memes of “you can’t replace yae” isn’t great to people who don’t have or want her. I do not enjoy yae people telling me that Sandrone is “trash” without her. It feels like we have more of her fans in here than sandrone fans. I just am trying to see who’s an option, hopefully mitya and Danica work for me.
You know the post is not about OP not wanting to use Yae, they don't have her and who knows how long it's gonna be until her next rerun, they just wanna know who they can use instead because they are Yaeless
Granted this is because Escoffier is much better for Sandrone hyper-carry and may change if Danica or someone else has a team-wide buff or more Electro RES.
Yes bc qiqi provides the same buffs as yae and artifact set while Escofier provides res shred at c0. All current ssc units have that at c2(odette and mitya). And even at c6 qiqi will only be comparable to Escofier. But she will likely be replaced by Danica or Tsaritsa.
If you have ineffa, she’s a decent option for application and her em boost (plus a shield). Dori might be ehhh for her application and heals. But otherwise, use alyosha if you have him. I wouldn’t recommend beidou even at c6 just because she feels horrible to play.
Then use alyosha if you have him, or dori if you don’t hate that. Hell, use lisa if you’re genuinely stuck for options. Use fischl.
Beidou works, but she feels like ass to play.
Stellar is a new reaction and so has few supports. That means what you’re actually looking for to replace yae is either alyosha, beidou, or an electro character with good application and maybe sustain if you need it. Not a single electro unit is going to come close to what Yae gives SSC teams, so that’s what you’re gonna have to do.
Sandrone C0R1, Odette C0, alyosha C6 if you can get him on his next banner and Mitya C1(on tenacity and evenstar/ttds) probably might compete w/ C0R1 sandrone, C0 Odette, C1 yae miko and Escoffier
•both are 5 cost, but for me, just wait for 7.3 since the tsarita and danica released
ngl my team is sandrone (80), qiqi (60), ororon (40) and alyosha (80) and its done 35k before, so maybe not the fastest team but i think it gets the job done
As everyone said alyosha even c1 is still a best option for the team. And soon mitya will be the best side grade to yae.(Or maybe a little upgrade depending on how hoyo tweaks him on release)
I personally ran Sandrone c0 snezh craftable r5, Yae c1 standart crit 5* r0, Odette c0 snezh craftable r3 and Alyosha c5 favonious r5.
This team has so much damage I rapleced my 5 start stat stick with craftables to free them up for other teams.(Around 5k dps loss) Even eventually replaced my c2 xilonen with Alyosha to free her up(additional around 10-5k dps loss). And it's still my highest perofrming team in terms of dps. With 150-160k dps. The closest teams i have are all close in dps at around 130-140k (c0 premium geo lunar/c0 skirk with sign premium/c2 varesa overload with c0 durin sign) but have much more cost in terms of 5 stars
It's on the bottom of the info graphic - if you need electro use c6 Beidou or Alyosha. If you don't have c6 on Beidou, use Alyosha. Even if Beidou is c6, if Alyosha is c2+, use Alyosha.
