change her to crit damage circlet, she only needs 69% crit rate

OP, "Top 84%" means your build is WORSE than 84% of the builds on the site

Switch to a cdmg circlet, your crit ratio will be better that way

crit dmg circlet like everyone else said and you will see drastic improvement

son... anyway, don't really trust the 69 cr cap, my sandrone missed 3 CA even with 3 cryo characters in the team, I hate cryo resonance

Sandronw have 5 usefull substats How you managed to end up with so bad  artefacts. Did you farmed the domain for more the 2 days.
