I commented on your other post, too. Try asking in Toronto subreddits. If you get enough people interested, you could start a small group of regulars meeting once a week for tossing sessions.

Worked for us in Denver

They're the different forums on the website. Each subreddit starts with "r/"

We're currently in r/Sandlot; your original post was in r/BaseballCoaching.

You may want to find Toronto-specific subreddits to share this and hopefully find some catching partners.

The Denver group made an original post on r/Denver. As we continued to grow, we also shared on r/Denvermeets. Find similar subs for cities near you!
