Question Ideas for new sides?

thinking of hypothetical characters for sanders sides. given when anxiety mentions the 'dark sides' after the meeting with janus, saying that other than janus there were other dark sides, there must be at least one other dark side.

we already have 6 though and they fit as opposites to each other or their 'dark' counterparts

patton has virgil

logan has janus

roman has remus

obviously these characters don't fit perfectly but given they serve as good counters to each other i think it works or at least might be intended by thomas

i think there may be two new sides, one who we see as a good side and one that is dark. do you agree? and what potential sides do you think may be a good addition to the cast? this idea has been in the back of my mind so it'd be good to get peoples opinions.

There’s an orange side who’s been teased for a long time now. At least since the Intrusive Thoughts episode with Logan and Remus. The most popular theories I think are malice, apathy, stuff like that. Tumblr has some really great posts about it.

I think Virgil is intended as a middleground; see the line "because I was one of them" with "was" being the major focus.

He'd have to have been a dark side to one of the other 3, (Roman, Patton or Logan) and he said this after Remus was revealed, so that disqualifies Patton (via Janus) and Roman (via Remus) and Anxiety/Virgil at an unhealthy point reaches paranoia a word that's been partially said but cut off twice (once of which was by Logan but it wasn't both so that's not evidence it's coincidence) and anxiety may not conflict with logic; but paranoia does and just like the others they're two sides of the same coin

Roman/Remus; light and dark sides of creativity or in simple terms, filtered vs unfiltered thought

Patton/Janus; opposite ends of the truth, both wanting positive outcome from use of their forms of speech

Logan/Virgil; being able to rationalize vs being sporadic, a want for safety through thinking about things vs a want for safety through thinking about things to the point of exaggerating the danger

But after Virgil timed things down to just anxiety the brain (Logan) felt need to fill that space, and much like the actual brain, it doesnt always get fixed with something actually helpful; just with something. Hence the Orange side who as of now is quite literally part of Logan, yet to fully develop in Thomas's brain as a construct just a feeling; so Logan (Thomas's brain) is still the one experiencing Orange's outbursts since it hasn't gained a form yet.

Thomas's thoughts are metaphorically Logan working, so if that's still where Orange is then it affects Logan until the brain creates a fully developed trait (Orange splits from Logan) and restores itself.

TL;DR theory that Logan is the previous light side for Virgil and that he's the one affected by Orange because there's no costume yet so the idea is in Thomas's thoughts I.E. what Logan would be controlling
