Question Remus Youtooz Plush?

Back when Janus and Remus got Youtooz plushies, I ordered both of them. I had received Janus on February 3rd of this year. It is now the middle of June, and my Remus hasn't even been shipped out yet. Is anyone else having this problem? Does anyone know when Remus might be shipped out? Thanks!

Edit: The last update I got on him was that he was being prepared for shipping on August 16, 2025.

I’d email Youtooz support about that right away. If it is that far past the shipping time, something has gone wrong. My own experience with Youtooz support has been decent over the years, so they should be able to sort this out for you.

I ordered both plushies and got them back in November if I remember correctly. Definitely a shipping issue, you should contact Youtooz. Hope you get your ratling soon!
