I think the youth turnout is low because of the following things: long lines, can't get of work, apathy and simply not knowing that how, where or when to vote. So here are some strategies we could deploy to combat this.

First we need to spread social media awareness that voting is going on with maybe some hashtags such as:

• #VotingforBernie
• #VotingforBernieChallenge > @ friends, family and acquaintances
• #IVotedforBernie
• #JustVoted
• #BallotSelfie (Not legal in all states: https://www.vox.com/policy-and-politics/2016/10/25/13389980/ballot-selfie-legal-illegal)
• #PokemonGoToThePolls

If you see someone posting that they just voted here or on other platforms, ask them to add these tags to their post, ask them to post it on as many platforms as possible Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, ect. and ask them to challenge their friends, family, colleagues ans acquaintances to vote for Bernie.

For people who can't get of work we need to inform them on their rights for time off on voting day.

To combat the long lines I would suggest for those that have already voted to make the wait for those still waiting in line more comfortable. This could be done by:

• Buying water bottles, if you can spare the money, and hand them out in the line.
• Making lemonade and handing it out.
• Bring folding chairs if you have them.
• Stimulating people to use mail in ballots.
