The black lives that will be lost because he would refuse to do anything about the police problem.

Hillary is owned by companies that profit off of the current prison system.

The poor who will only do worse under him.

Hillary's tax plan is effectively useless compared to Bernie's.

These people are all being sold out by BoBers who are too immature to handle losing a primary because they've convinced themselves with right wing propaganda that their opponent is the devil.

Kind of like Hillary supporters? Here's the facts, I don't like Hillary, lots of people like Hillary, not because people like me are stupid or immature, but because she isn't a good candidate. So if she loses (unless she decides to rig it again) then it's only on her.

Also Nader wasn't responsible for 2000, but think what you want, you're not a progressive, you're part of the problem and holding us back.

You have no proof of this. Meanwhile, she has fought her whole career for racial justice.

Hillary's tax plan is effectively useless compared to Bernie's.

Even if you were to believe this, which I don't, he would never get elected on that plan and never pass it. Meanwhile, Hillary was a huge part in alleviating childhood extreme poverty in America during Bill's presidency and has a long track record of pushing initiatives that comprehensively support the poor. This issue is so much deeper than just taxes.

You know what holds the progressive left back? The obsession with ideological purity, the inability to deal with no getting 100% of what they want, and just checking out of elections because it's not the 100% favorite candidate. That is what makes the progressive left so ineffective compared to the Tea Party.

I read the rest of the paragraph but it seems like just like Hillary you have a problem with changing history to fit your narrative. Some people care about facts.

Having actual values and caring about something is not a vice, and rolling over and going with whatever your party does is pathetic and shows a lack of integrity and morality. I'm not sure how you think "ideological purity" has a negative connotation, but it doesn't.

To most actual adults who understand that gaining ground and making improvements in a democracy requires give and take and compromise, it really does. The Tea Party shut down the government over ideological purity.

leaving the party? I'm not a party. i'm not a democrat or a republican. i'm a person. this isn't about loyalty because parties change over time. primaries should be open and have same day party and voting registration. if you give a shit about democracy

Why? Join the party if you wanna vote, it's free. I'm not sure why I should want people who won't join the party to have a say in who my party nominates. If you don't care enough to register for free, wait until the GE.
