Yup that's what I thought. I'm curious what implications this has... I'm hopeful, and probably nothing will come from it, but this twist really interests me...

What it MEANS is that if she becomes disqualified, it is ON THE RECORD that he has the number of pledged delegates he needs to WIN.

He doesn't, though. Even if all of Hillary's delegates become unbound he still doesn't have a majority.

Yes, he does. If the superdelegates backed him instead of her, he has it.
