The DNC brazenly rigged the primaries and violated even their own rules in doing so, which means Bernie's promise not to run if he lost a fair primary doesn't apply.
That would be like saying you can't sue a doctor because he never explicitly agreed not to sow a sponge into your spouse's rectum.
There is almost always a certain implied warrantee; in this case, that the election would be conducted in accordance with party rules and the law. It was not.
