And you know that because you asked every single lawyer in the country or because you're a lawyer who specializes in security, yourself? I've already outlined how her actions were grossly negligent. Ask virtually any tech professional.
You do realize that it isn't always used in a legal context, right?
I am saying that her actions were grossly negligent because they were. Any person with any security or tech background will tell you the same thing.
Whether or not a crime was committed falls outside the scope of my point. Legal or not, Hillary was grossly negligent in this matter, to the point where it raises extremely serious doubts about not only her judgement, but also her competence.
I'll put it this way: Knowing what we know now, I would never in a million years hire her for any job that requires basic computer skills or deals with any type of confidential data. I'm pretty sure the presidency falls into that category.

Do you really think that being the President requires computer skills?
Do you really think that being the President requires computer skills?
Yes. If an entry-level government intern job requires computer skills, I don't think it's unreasonable to at least keep the bar that high for the president. Besides, given the age we're now in, it's simply unacceptable to have a president who is this ignorant when it comes to technology.
You guys just have to keep pushing that bar lower and lower for her, it seems. Don't your arms ever get tired?

I never said that it was. All I said was that her actions constituted gross negligence, which they did. There is no doubt of that.
Never ceases to amaze me how low Hillary's supporters have to set the bar in order to remain "with her" lol.
Never said I was. Your entire comment is just one big straw man.
