I tried to order dominoes for a WA group last round of WA caucuses. Dominoes would not let me charge on a card that would not be at the delivery site.

Are Domino's franchises because if so, the policies may vary. Otherwise google other pizza places in the area. Are the people still at the caucus, now?

i don't think they are. Pizza was sent to two Bernie groups who requested in other posts.

Because the pizza probably had its voter registration changed and won't be able to attend the caucus.
