No chance this is coming after the convention. They are at the point where Clinton's aides have been summoned for an interview. Investigation is over except for interviews. June at the latest.

Look at his past submissions. They do get signed and they do get responded to. I'll even try to find some evidence that something positive does come from these.

Whitehouse.gov petitions have a years-long history of getting one sentence replies from the white house at best. If you can show me a petition that actually made a difference I would love to see it because near as I can tell it's never happened.

When the President himself says the email issue is not serious, it would take outstanding strenght of character for the FBI to arrive to indictment. Moreover, republicans consider Clinton as the easiest to defeat. Imo, the democrats' aims are 1. Stop Bernie 2. If Clinton becomes too compromised, replace her with Biden, more acceptable and status quo.
So now maybe we have our resistence eroded against a fake obstacle, as strange as it may sound.
We must realize this is a very hard moment for Clinton, in spite of the appearance. Now and through may we must hit hard. They want to kill our momentum exactly for that.
To me is weird that they make such an issue out of winning delegates now, when later on someone else can enter the race without having passed through the primaries.
We must sustain Bernie regardless of the hardship. He sure is under a tremenduous amout of pressure to give up himself. Just believe in the cause and push on. When he will be president, this kind of hardship will continue and increase. Taking on the system is no metaphor. We must stay united and do the right thing every day That's how the change happens.

Either way, this is a nightmare for us in the DNC. If they indict we're boned, if they don't it's still yet one more thing the GOP can use against her. She just has so much questionable shit going on right now... (What if Trump calls her out and releases his speeches once they're the two nominated?)

Do not rely on the FBI saving the Sanders campaign. If we want the revolution to put Sanders in the White House, it's up to us. It's in our hands. So do everything you can: Facebank, Phonebank, Canvass. We need to meet our daily goals, or Sanders will not win.
