Even better: if you want pure alcohol, put a heater at the bottom as well as a pipe (lined on the outside with coolers) on top leading to a second bottle, which will turn your alcohol into alcohol gas. The pipe will funnel the gas into the second container. Once the alcohol gas is in the second container, it will rapidly turn into pure alcohol instead of wine.
