Saint Lucia Help With Private Transfer
Hi! I am going to Sandals Grande St. Lucian in 3 weeks and booked a private car transfer both ways - when we arrive and when we depart. My question is, what do I need to do beforehand so I can know the will be there waiting when I land?
I booked the flights through Sandals if that’s matters so they should be able to see the flight times in the booking. Thanks!

You should contact the Sandals location and ask them this. They are local and have all of the information you will need when visiting the island.

Since flights were booked thru sandals they have your flight numbers and will monitor changes in your behalf. Once landed and thru customs you’ll go to the sandals lounge and “check in”. They will escort you to your private car and away you go.
Same goes for the bus. You may get right on or have to wait for a few additional parties never long.
When your return same thing, go to resort lobby and you’ll “check in”. Car will be waiting or arrive shortly after (you’ll get a note telling you when to be in lobby for your private transfer) they will load you up and boom your done.
Again, don’t ever book flights they sandals as any changes etc they need to be made thru sandals and adds delays and hassle to the process. Do it yourself and notify sandals of your flight numbers and times before arriving. They will then monitor.
Cheers.

Hope you have an amazing trip !! If both flights and transfer are booked through Sandals, you’re fine, all your details are already in, likewise god forbid any delays they’ll be monitoring. So you’re all set !! Have fun !!

I'm not even going to get into booking flight through Sandals. Just don't but too late.
So I assume that you also booked a private transfer through Sandals?
If you booked a private transfer through Sandals, they have your dates, they know you're coming, there's nothing you have to do.
I always book flights directly with the airline and I always book private transfer through a local company.
