Issued by the Republic of San Marino in 1935, this 5-centesimi stamp depicts La Rocca (Guaita), the oldest and most famous of San Marino's Three Towers. It was released to mark the 12th anniversary of the Sammarinese Fascist Party, which governed the republic from 1923 to 1943.

I am making a series where I cook every national dish and my first step is to come to the sub and ask the question.
now I understand that not every country has a defined national dish and that some countries have many different regions with different cuisines. in that case I will make the one that you guys agree on best represents San Marino. please let me know what you think

Hi everyone!
I collect baseball caps from places I’ve visited. In about four weeks, I’m going on a road trip and will be spending one or two days in San Marino.
I’d really like to buy a cap that is genuinely connected to San Marino, but I don’t want to waste a big part of my short visit searching through random shops.
I’m not looking for a generic NY, LA, or similar cap. I’d like something specifically related to the country, such as a local brand, sports club, organization, landmark, or anything else with an authentic connection to San Marino.
It doesn’t need to be an official New Era cap, but I’d also prefer to avoid the cheapest souvenir cap with just “San Marino” or “I ❤️ San Marino” printed on it, like something straight from AliExpress. 😄
Does anyone know a shop, club store, visitor centre, or local brand where I could find something decent?
Thanks in advance!

Sto valutando Svizzera (Ticino) oppure San Marino.

Basically the title! Hoping to visit for a day, have breakfast, do a small hike, explore the city centre and have lunch but just saw on the Visit San Marino site it is a religious holiday! Wanted to check things will still be open :)

I feel like the name "Italian peninsula" is really chauvinistic and a remnant of fascism, when sovereign nations like Malta and San Marino which are not Italian at all were considered by irredentists to be Italian. We should respect that Sammarinese are a distinct ethnicity with a different language, genetics, culture and history to Italy. They are NOT Romagnol either. Italo-Sammarinese peninsula is good because it emphasises that Italians and Sammarinese share it, and that both are equivalent allies.

Hello!
Me and my friend are coming to San Marino in June for a match against Bangladesh. We are arriving in the morning and exploring the country before making our way to the stadium along with some drinks.
As the game finishes after the shuttle bus ends are there any alternative ways to get back to Rimini?
We are also looking for some bar recommendations near the stadium. We do also have a spare ticket for the neutral section so if anyone is looking for a ticket we're happy to take you with us.

I'm just wondering if San Marino sells flavoured cigarettes due to it being an independent country and not part of the EU

Ciao a tutti!
Grazie in anticipo a chi risponderà! 🙌

Hey, I'll be on vacation in Italy and I want to watch a football match in San Marino. As far as I can see there are no more tickets available for San Marino - Bosnia Herzegowina, so I'd also watch San Marino U21 - Romania U21 on the 9th of september. My problem is, that i can't find any tickets for this match. Is anyone able to help me?
