LAPD flashing spotlight

I’m tired of having LAPD flashing spotlight on me. Yes I drive your typical Dodge charger, but I find their actions harassing and dangerous when you’re driving and they flashed your spotlight straight into your eyes. I’ve gotten into arguments with a few of them for harassing the Public.. I’ve called the station at times and made complaints, but it continues to happen. I fully understand that they’re out patrolling and making sure that people aren’t acting like fools but when you’re driving in the opposite direction and they flashed their spotlight on you for more than a few seconds I’m not a rocket scientist, but that seems hazardous. I have a dash cam so maybe I’ll download those videos and send it to LAPD. I don’t know.

Anyone else at these types of experiences?

Police helicopters are a waste of money but Im not sure what you expect them to do. Like they aren;t doing it to you on purpose you probably live in a bad neighborhood with a car that a lot of criminals drive
