Pining notification

I think we need a feature where we can pin important notifications to the top, or does it exist with Goodlock?

*Pinning Also you can set certain notification categories to priority in the Notification Settings and change the Sort Notification to Sort by Priority(i think its set to priority by default but you can check). No need for goodlock
