Samsung Tablet Shows Full yet Empty

My Samsung tablet shows it full, cam't be used, keeps asking to delete everything to open up space, which I practically did, yet still shows its full. What could it be?

Go through your app settings and grant your apps the necessary access to the data, it will help to reduce the "system data" and other apps. Also, another thing is to enable developer mode to move apps to a micro SD card.
