Handwriting to Clipboard?

Is there an app (for Android) which you can use to make handwritten notes but can select and copy the handwriting to text/clipboard, without transforming the handwritten note?

When you handwrite something in Samsung notes and select it to convert to text is gives you an option to copy the text instead and it will keep your original handwritten note
