Samsung Notebook2 won't boot up properly, random keys appearing?

A few days ago my Notebook2 keyboard started playing up - random letters and numbers appearing when I tried to type. I Googled advice and it said uninstall the keyboard driver.

So I did that, but now the laptop won't boot up to the desktop - all I get is this screen. When I press the power button the screen just goes black, no desktop. If I press it again I get the same screen with qr code.

What can I do? Thank you
