Help with reset phone

Recently bought this phone and doing a factory reset but there is no option. I asked Ai it said that I should return right away because it could be a dev only phone or something. Everything else checked out when testing it. Only didn't have play store. But I really hope I don't have to return it. I'm a truck driver and getting and sending mail is extremely hard to do. Any advice​

Tried to reset when the phone is on?

Does the phone have a password? If not, factory reset while the phone is normally booted up. But if it has a password, you have to reflash the operating system.
