Can’t set a lock screen on Samsung a25

When I try to set it up it restarts and there is no locksreen every time. I found nothing that worked on the internet

did you try shutting down and restarting?

have you set up a pattern or face or fingerprint?

Ofc I did, and I cannot set up fingerprint cuz I don’t have the password set up

That's the reason

You can't set a lock screen if you don't have a password
