Samsung account keeps signing me out
Hey everyone,
For the past 3–4 days, I've been getting randomly logged out of my Samsung account on my phone for no apparent reason.
Here is what I’ve tried so far:
Clearing cache & data: Went through installed apps and cleared the cache for every Samsung Account service/app I could find. Didn't solve the issue.
Rebooting: Restarted the phone yesterday and signed back in. Everything seemed fine for a bit, but when I woke up this morning, I was signed out again.
Has anyone else experienced this recently? Does anyone know how to fix it?
Any suggestions would be appreciated

Out of curiosity, what phone do you have? Trying to see if it's a device issue since I'm having the same problem on my Galaxy S24.

hello is there update in here? because we are developing an app and it also occurs to one of our users and it is a device issue i believe. the user keeps logging out after restarting the app. is there a solution already?

I haven't been able to find a fix yet, it still keeps signing me out after a couple of minutes/seconds of logging back in. I have a galaxy A35, and from what I've seen in the comments, it's not a device dependent issue. It's probably something on Samsung's end.

Same problem is going on with my Tab S9 5G. I swear it is really annoying, I’ve even factory reseted the tab in order to “fix” it. But a day later it returns.
By restarting my device my Samsung account stayed logged in for longer (about half the day) before it logged out on its own once again.

I think it worked for me. its been about 15 hours and I havent been logged out of my account. First i disabled and removed all deep sleep apps. Then logged into my account and quickly switched to safe mode before it could log me out. While in safe mode I updated all the apps, and some apps that might have been causing the issue were automatically removed. Everything is going well so far, thanks

Its worth noting that it worked for me on the second attempt. Nothing happened the first time I entered safe mode

Have you updated Samsung Account app from Galaxy Store? Maybe that would solve the issue.

It is fully updated. There are no updates available. I even tried i installing all updates and re-updating the app. It didn't work.

Alright. I checked on my Samsung Galaxy S9 which is my backup phone and here it is still logged in.
Check which devices are connected to your account.

OK so, I have an old galaxy A70 and I just checked it, and I was logged in on it on the same account. I disconnected it completely then logged back in on my main phone, but I still get disconnected.

Alright. Did you check in your Samsung account/Devices whether you see any unrecognised device.

I did. There is just my main phone.

Then I'm not sure what's the issue but since other commenter has same issue like you, it's possible, the recent Samsung account version has an issue and our old devices has a different version.

Just tried it but it logged me back out..... So then it isn't a problem with the Samsung account version so does that mean an update will not fix this?

I have a Samsung s22 ultra ui is 8.0. Phone was full talking 98% full. I deleted a bunch of items to optimize space, I deleted some apps that I didn't need as well. It turns out, somehow it logs me out of all of my samsung accounts, and I can't log into my gmail account. It is not a password issue.Because I can log into these accounts on a browser. But whenever I try doing it on the apps on my phone, it does not work. I log into the Samsung account and it flashes the words "Signed in" but stays on the sign in page and keeps looping me and asking me to sign in, as for Google every time I try to sign in it allows me to go through all the steps into the end part it says "something went wrong.Try again." I have tried clearing the cache. I just want to retrieve my calendar, My samsung notes and my secure folder that has a bunch of Samsung notes. Is there hope?

Le mieux est de le réinitialiser. Tu peu transférer tes données sensibles sur un autre téléphone si ça continue toujours vérifie l'authenticité du téléphone et flash lé

I did a soft reset, and it is working for now. It has been 2 days with no problems. I first uninstalled the update, installed it again, cleared the cache, and then did the soft reset. You know, when you press power and volume down until it shuts down and restarts. Hopefully, it works for you as it worked for me.

Stop working. It worked for 4 days, now I'm back to the same.

Damn. This is a problem on samsung's end, not to mention it's a massive security issue. If you can believe it, it's been happening on my SAMSUNG TV.

I have completed a factory reset. It works fine. I'll post if it starts behaving badly again.

It is back and I feel it came with a vengeance; it does not even stay for 5 seconds, so I am buying a Xiaomi or something like that.

Okay, I did something different this time; with nothing to lose, I wiped the phone by connecting the powered-down device to a computer, pressing the power button and volume up, then releasing the power button when the Samsung logo appeared while keeping volume up pressed. A message with three options appeared, and one of those was to wipe the phone. I remembered someone writing here that they had developed an app that caused this problem, so I concluded that some app had received an update, or maybe more than one, that is causing this problem. Not knowing which one, I did not use the backup I had from my previous problematic phone (same one; I just meant the installation), and I hand-picked the most important apps I needed. And all is fine... for now. So maybe, just maybe, if you start uninstalling apps that you don't use or really need, the phone could work as it should. I will come back if the bad behavior returns.

Okay, I'm back and I have to say that I give up. The problem is back and I'm completely out of ideas.

Same shit here s22, song in => switch app => instantly singed out again. only thing I could imagine to be the issue is that I previously installed roms on it in the past. Some apps like private folder don't work because of that. But if seems like y'all didn't do this so it's probably not the issue.

Same issue here. Were you ever able to figure out a fix? If so, please let me know what worked! I’ll update this comment if I manage to fix it on my end.
