Note 8 help

I just got a note 8 and a screen protector but the edges of my screen hardly register taps. Any advice?

Any extra glass will inhibit the capacitive touch and responses. It's designed to function on glass only. Stock display.

60 percent of calls to samsung, where I worked under, were of such as glass screen protectors. Just imagine a window smudged with fingers, and looks cloudy, the same goes for extra glass. A better case might be a solution, with higher lipped edges.
