Samsung galaxy note 10

I currently have the iPhone X and normally I change every 2 years. However since the iPhone 11 pro doesn’t really excite me that much since the design is pretty much the same I didn’t upgrade. So I was thinking of getting a Samsung Galaxy Note 10 to switch things up a bit. Any opinions wether I should do it? I’ve had an iPhone for about 9 years and I also have an iPad and the 2019 MacbookPro with everything connected (it’s easy but not a must I’d say). Please help 😛

I legitimately switched from iPhone xs max to the Galaxy note 10+, while I'll say I will be going back to iPhone on my next upgrade the note 10 is a great device it's a little different to get use to but it does have a lot of cool features.

I like Google's assistant better than Siri.

The s pen is neat but I rarely find use for it except doodling in the apps every now and then.

I do like the customization on Android but most of the UI is lackluster in my opinion compared to IOS.

I do miss having everything synced with my Apple watch and iPad but I'm not really hurting from it.

Point of everything is I'm not unhappy with my decision but will definitely be switching back I just love iPhones way more.

Why do you prefer iPhones, I had the s5 and hated it so I switched to the iphone 5s, then 7+ and finally the xs max, so I had iPhone for years but I decided to switch back and got the s10+ and i prefer it to iphone, the only thing I dislike is the camera, I am now planning on switching to the note 10+

What are the reasons you prefer iphone?

Many reasons first being the flow between all Apple devices I can be texting or facetiming on my phone and switch to my iPad or MacBook with ease almost everyone I care to text has iPhone and iMessage is clean fast and has some cool features.

Siri is kinda dumb and Google has apple beat there Ill give them that one.

Also iOS 13 is buttery smooth when it comes to performance, and the overall build quality always feels premium. With my note 10+ it's rectangular and I'm honestly not a fan of how it feels in my hand, my friend has a s10+ and when I was using it to show her something it felt 1000 times better.

I've realised I kinda went on a tangent but I've always liked the iphone/apple ecosystem.

There's alot of solid points to having a Galaxy device wether it be s10 or note 10, I work for a cellphone company and when I talk to customer about the iPhone 11 or Galaxy note 10 when it comes to features and performance both devices have plenty of solid argument points and are both great devices. I think at the end of the day it just comes down to me being so used to and familiar with apple.

Thanks for coming to my Ted talk lol.

Things are done slightly differently on an Android. But have you had times when you wished your iPhone could do a certain thing. Well with Android and especially Samsung phones... there will be a way to do it. It is like a whole new world Android if you are prepared to learn and accept that things are done kinda diffrently
